Shipping policy

Every shirt is printed to order by our production partners and shipped straight to you.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to the other countries you can choose at checkout. If your country isn't listed there, we can't ship to it yet.

Production time

Most orders are printed within 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery time

Once printed, orders within the United States usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. International orders usually take 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and the number of items. An order with more than one item may ship in separate packages that arrive on different days.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. It can take a day or so for tracking to show movement.

Taxes, duties and customs

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. Those charges are your responsibility and are not included in what you pay at checkout.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address before you order. We can't reship an order that was sent to the address you entered. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can send it again once you cover the shipping.

Late or lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or says delivered and you can't find it, email hello@collectibility.us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
